INGREDIENTS
250g unsalted spread, at room temperature
1 immovably stuffed cup (250g) earthy colored sugar
1 cup (330g) dulce de leche (a thick caramel produced using consolidated milk)
1 tsp vanilla bean glue
4 huge eggs, at room temperature
3 cups (450g) plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of pop
1 cup (250ml) buttermilk, at room temperature
CARAMEL SAUCE
3/4 cup (165g) caster sugar
2/3 cup (165ml) unadulterated (dainty) cream
METHOD
1. Preheat the broiler to 170°C and lube a 26cm bundt cake skillet.
2. Using a stand blender fitted with the oar connection, beat spread and sugar on medium speed until thick and pale.
3. With the engine running, continuously add dulce de leche, vanilla, then, at that point, eggs, 1 all at once, beating great after every option.
4. In a different bowl, filter the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of pop, and 1/2 tsp salt.
5. Reduce speed to low, then, at that point, add 33% flour combination to the bowl, then, at that point, 33% buttermilk.
6. Repeat, shifting back and forth among flour and buttermilk until smooth and joined.
